DALLAS, TX (August 31, 2009) Divine Dog Rescue thanks Arthur Benjamin, Trustee, of the Gail L. & Arthur E. Benjamin Foundation for the funds to launch itself as well as an initiative to save over 100 dogs slated to be “put down” this week. Nancy Underwood, DDR’s Executive Director, challenged other dog rescue organizations and the public to save Dallas animals under a plan for DDR to pay adoption fees and vetting. She also noted that Mr. Benjamin had also recently launched American Dog Rescue, Inc. nationally.
